Terms and Conditions
- The promoter/s:

- Who May Enter:
This competition is only open to WA residents aged 18 and over who have not been discovered to have breached these terms and conditions.
The competition is not open to:
a. Employees of Farmer Jack’s.
b. Parties whom the promoter has contracted work in relation to this competition.
c. Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this competition and
d. Any immediate family members of all listed above.

Terms of Entry
a. This competition commences at 12.01am on the 5th of March 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm the 13th of May 2025 (AWST). (“Promotion Period”) No further entries to the competition will be permitted after the promotion period.
b. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.
c. Each entrant acknowledges that the Promoter can rely on these terms and conditions even if the Promoter only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible entrant. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter can be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
d. The sections on Who May Enter, How to Enter, Prizes Details and Miscellaneous Provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
e. By entering, you are agreeing to receive future communication from the promoter and it's exclusive support company - Australian United Retailers. If you do not wish to receive communication, you can simply opt out when receiving communication.

How To Enter
a. To enter, entrants must, during the promotion period, make a purchase of any product (excluding single transactions of tobacco, alcohol & refunds (i)(ii)(iii)) at any Farmer Jack’s store:
(i). The purchase of tobacco or alcohol alone in one single transaction will not
be considered eligible for this promotion.
(ii) If another product/s(excluding tobacco or alcohol) is purchased in the same transaction that a tobacco or alcohol product is purchased, this transaction will be deemed eligible for the promotion.
(iii) Transactions that are solely a refund are not eligible to enter.
b. Entrants must visit https://win.farmerjacks.com.au and complete the form including a unique 13-digit code found on their shopping receipt
c. Multiple entries are permitted during the Promotional Period. Limit one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction
d. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
e. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
f. Purchase receipts must be retained as proof of purchase. The promoter will request the winners to present their purchase receipts before any prize is awarded. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the 13-digit number (under barcode), and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
g. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
h. The promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or damaged however caused.
i. All entries must be submitted by a person and any automated entries, fraudulent entries or entries by persons using an alias shall be invalid.
j. Receipts cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or traded.
k. The promoter and employees of Farmer Jack’s do not take responsibility if you do not collect your receipt at the end of your transaction, or if you lose your receipt.
l. Entries can only be received via the online form as described above and entries will not be accepted in any other form.
- Prize Details
a. Winner of the major prize will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter. The winner will be selected by 10 am (AWST) on 14th May 2025.
b. Winners of minor prizes will be chosen at random, from entries received that week and verified by the promoter. The prize will be drawn each Monday by 10 a.m., leading up to the major prize draw.
c. The competition winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the prize being drawn.
d.If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
e. The minor prize is $500 cash. One winner will be drawn each week for nine weeks (9 x $500).
f. Prizes or any prize component are not transferable, saleable, or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form.
- Miscellaneous Provisions
a. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant's prior consent.
b. Entry is conditional on providing some personal information. Entrants should direct any request to opt out of the use and/or disclosure of their personal information to the promoter.
c. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control.
d. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
e. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
f. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law. A. to disqualify any Eligible Businesses and/or its authorised representative; or B. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
g. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of:A. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control)B. any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.C. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter)due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter.D. any tax liability incurred by a winning business or Eligible Business(or its authorised representative) or E. use of a prize.
Subject to state legislation: the promoter reserves the rights to discontinue the competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate, or modify the competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
h. The promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with (for whom the promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the competition.
i. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to this competition will be final.
j. The promoter is under no obligation to provide a reason for any of its decisions.
k. The promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matter relating to the competition.
